Pacific Youth Choir welcomes all students who love to sing, and who have an interest in developing their voice and choral artistry. We have a choir for every student: those who are just beginning to sing and those who wish to continue their voice studies. Currently Pacific Youth Choir accepts students from first grade on up.

    Rehearsals are held Sunday evenings at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, 147 NW 19th Avenue, corner of NW Everett St. in Portland.

    Additional Fees:
    All students pay an annual enrollment fee of $100

    The annual Pacific Youth Choir retreat, essential for all singers, held toward the beginning of each season.
    Pacific, Tsunami and Coro Pacifica (high school choirs) - Sept 12-14 $130.00
    Cascadia Sept 27/28 - $85
    Coro Nova Sept 27 - $35

    Concert Uniform:
    Choir Dress, the concert attire for young women costs $85.00 and may be ordered through our wardrobe coordinator, Marcia Peters.

    Tuxedo, is the concert attire for young men - purchased independently.

    Coro Nova Singers, Long sleeve, shirts/blouses with black pants/skirts - purchased independently.

    In addition to their formal concert uniforms, Pacific Youth Choir also has a "work" uniform. This is a blue polo shirt with the PYC logo. These shirts are $14.00 each.

    Tuition partially covers salaries, music, operational costs, etc. Costs for uniforms and for travel to national and international festivals will be the individual student's responsibility.

    All tuition payments are due by the start of the season. Pacific Youth Choir offers limited scholarships so that all interested and qualified singers are able to join the choir.
